The Baja Epic offers three main formats:

1. BAJA EPIC: Includes a 20km prologue and three stages of approximately 100km each, offering the full event experience.

2. BUE 100 km: Takes place on Saturday and allows participants to compete in a single 100 km stage. This format has specific divisions and an independent time classification.

3. BUE 65 km: Also held in a single stage but with a distance of 65 km. Like the BUE 100 km, it has its own classification and independent times.

These options allow cyclists of different levels and preferences to enjoy the Baja Epic experience.

The Baja Epic activities will begin on October 14, 2025. Below is the event schedule:

• October 15: Prologue.
• October 16: First stage.
• October 17: Second stage.
• October 18: Third stage, along with BUE 100 km and BUE 65 km.

The costs of the Baja Epic vary depending on the category you choose to participate in and the date you register, as we offer promotional prices. We invite you to visit the following link to check the costs for each format: PRICES 2025.

For the 2025 edition, the host hotel for Baja Epic will be Bajamar Ocean Front Golf Resort, which offers two accommodation options:

• Standard Double Room: With two queen beds, ideal for up to 4 people. - Cost: $176 USD per night.

• Junior Suite Room: With one king bed and a sofa bed, also with a maximum capacity of 4 people. - Cost: $210 USD per night.

Due to the high demand for rooms for the event, we recommend making your reservation in advance to secure your spot. You can book during your event registration process or, if you prefer, by sending a WhatsApp message to +52 (646) 289-3514.

Registration for the event is only available online and must be completed at the following URL: https://registro.bajaepic.com

The payment platform used is STRIPE, which is one of the most secure platforms on the market and accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, GOOGLE PAY, APPLE PAY, SPEI, and more.

The race kit pickup will depend on the category you are participating in:

Baja Epic: The kits will be available on Wednesday, October 15, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

BUE 100 km & BUE 65 km: The race kit pickup will take place on Friday, October 17, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

We recommend arriving early to avoid any delays and make the most of your event experience.

The mechanical inspection is a safety measure implemented by the organization to ensure that the bicycles of our participants are in optimal condition, minimizing the risk of accidents during the event.

During this inspection, our team of mechanics will check:

• Integrity of the bike frame.
• Condition of the brakes, suspension, and tires.

Additionally, the participant's helmet is checked to ensure it has no dents or cracks that could compromise its protection in case of an accident.
